As a provider of enterprise accessibility automation, we enforce strict ecommerce image data processing terms. Our architecture operates exclusively on an ephemeral processing pipeline. Visual assets fetched via our headless browser engine are retained strictly in random-access memory (RAM) for the maximum duration of the analysis sequence (typically <2 seconds).
Immediately upon synthesis of the alt text attribute via our semantic engine, the inbound image data is instantly, systematically, and permanently purged from our infrastructure. We do not store, cache, archive, or database your proprietary visual media assets under any circumstances.
We strictly prohibit the use of our clients' URLs, visual assets, or synthesized alt text outputs for the training, retraining, or fine-tuning of external, publicly accessible Large Language Models (LLMs) or multimodal foundational networks. Your private catalog data remains exclusively your intellectual property.
We mandate SOC 2 Type II compliance across our entire hardware rendering stack. Subprocessors utilized for executing our SaaS alt text privacy policy are contractually bound to matching zero-retention and data-deletion service level agreements.
