We reserve the right to throttle or terminate access for processes creating sustained thermal risks to our rendering nodes.
While our platform generates semantic markup mathematically engineered to satisfy WCAG 2.1 AA Success Criterion 1.1.1 (Non-text Content), ADA Title II, and EAA regulations, web accessibility is inherently holistic. The Client assumes final editorial responsibility for the approval and correct deployment of all generated text via standard CSV, Inline Script, or Google Tag Manager exports. We disclaim all liability for client-side accessibility litigation, regulatory fines, or search engine indexing penalties.
Enterprise Tier clients are bound by a customized Service Level Agreement (SLA) dictating 99.99% uptime. Scheduled maintenance requiring node downtime will be communicated to the technical contact on file with a strict 48-hour minimum notice.
